Live a happier life by leading an independent life
The more independent a person is, the more control he has over his life, his decisions and his work, the less susceptible he is to stress, reports the health magazine "Apotheken Umschau" (09/04/Apotheken Umschau). This was proven in a study with more than 10,000 British government employees. “Stress begins in the mind“, says also Dr. Andreas Hillert from Roseneck Hospital in Prien, a clinic involved in the development and implementation of treatment strategies for the consequences of overworking in occupational and social environments. Whoever suspects stress as the cause of his trouble ought to attempt to gain (back) control over his life. Stress not only makes you tired, exhausted and depressive but also causes many physical illnesses such as cardiovascular complaints, gastro-enteric problems or nervous system diseases.
